Camila Fries Perraro, Health Coach
After growing up in Brazil, Camila earned her medical doctorate in Paraguay, graduating from the medical school at Universidad Privada del Este in 2019. She continued her training in functional and integrative medicine at the Academia Brasileira de Medicina Funcional Integrativa. Over the years, she has worked in urgent care, family medicine, and integrative medicine.
Since moving to the United States, Camila has worked as a health coach. She is passionate about helping her patients live better lives and have more energy using the most effective and holistic methods available today.
At our practice, Camila helps our patients achieve optimal wellness through diet, supplements, herbs, and wellness counseling. She is active on social media, advocating for medical freedom, and one of her missions is to promote comprehensive health for all her patients. She believes the best way to treat a disease is never to get it in the first place and strives to decrease her patients’ risk by showing them how to follow a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
In 2020, she met the love of her life, our own Dr. Derek Murphy! They are now married and have a little dog named Snape. When she isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and going to theme parks. Camila is trilingual and able to conduct appointments in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
